Maribor, 20 June - As the Irish rejected last week the Lisbon Treaty, Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa, the current chair of the EU Council, had to change the agenda of the June EU Summit and the EU leaders will now again deal with institutional problems instead of problems of EU citizens, daily Vecer writes on Friday.
