Parliament Amends Acts on Takeovers, Companies, Copyright

Ljubljana, 24 June - The National Assembly amended the takeovers act and the companies act in unanimous votes on Tuesday. Deputies voiced no major objections to the amendments that the government says will protect minor shareholders and stabilise the market, but they did say that the changes were too late.
