Dnevnik Says Arrest Of Penko Had No Legal Basis

Ljubljana, 1 July - Daily Dnevnik says on Tuesday that the arrest of higher state prosecutor Bostjan Penko had no legal basis and that the move throws a shadow of doubt on the impartiality of State Prosecutor-General Barbara Brezigar.
