Parliament Urges Govt to Hire More Prison Warders

Ljubljana, 4 July - The parliamentary Domestic Policy, Public Administration and Justice Committee urged the government on Friday to increase the number security staff in overcrowded Slovenian prisons. The decision came at an emergency session called by the opposition to look into what it says it a "disastrous security situation" in prisons.
