PM Says EU Presidency Affirmed Slovenian Nationhood

Ljubljana, 10 July - Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa has told a gathering discussing Slovenia's presidency of the EU that the six-month spell in the driving seat of the EU affirmed Slovenians as a nation. President Danilo Tuerk told the same event Thursday that Slovenians must realise that survival of the Slovenian nation is possible only in an integrated Europe.
