AGM Endorses Capital Injection for Elan Group
Begunje na Gorenjskem, 11 July - The Elan Group, formerly Skimar, will get a capital injection of EUR 10m, the company's stakeholders decided at the annual general meeting on Friday, the group's majority owner state run KAD fund said in a press release. KAD will secure EUR 5.761m.
