Watchdog Banned from Using Electronic Data Seized in Raid on Retailers

Ljubljana, 18 July - The Information Commissioner has banned the Competition Protection Office from using certain electronic data seized during last week's anti-trust raid on the top three retailers, arguing that it had been obtained unlawfully. The watchdog has expressed amazement at the decision.
