EU Wants to Reward Serbia's Cooperativeness, Says FM

Brussels, 22 July - EU foreign ministers welcomed Tuesday the arrest of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, with Slovenia's Dimitrij Rupel saying that the EU wanted to reward Serbia for cooperation with the Hague war crimes tribunal.
