Sistemska Tehnika Urging Minister to Brake Deal with Patria
Ravne na Koroškem/Ljubljana, 7 August - The company that lost out in the 2005-2006 defence tender for the Slovenian army urged Defence Minister Karl Erjavec on Thursday to immediately break the contract with the selected bidder, Finnish company Patria, and to step down in the face mounting corruption suspicions surrounding the EUR 278m deal. The minister rebuffed the call.
