EU Wants to Send Monitors to Georgia

Brussels, 13 August - EU foreign ministers decided on Wednesday to send monitors to observe the truce in Georgia. "The key message of today's meeting is that we have reached common ground, unity, and agreed to speak with one voice," Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said after the emergency meeting.
