Serbian Company Acquires Slovenian Pejo Sampionka
Ljubljana/Belgrade, 20 August - Serbian detergent producer Beohemija-Inhem has acquired 100% of Pejo Sampionka, a Slovenian supplier of consumer goods, for EUR 6m, Serbian press agency Tanjug reported on Wednesday. Beohemija-Inhem confirmed the purchase for STA, but it would not reveal further details.
