Ljubljana, 21 August - The recent agreement between the US and Poland on the missile defence system is the beginning of a new cold war, daily Delo writes on Thursday. Only the most naive could believe the Polish Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, that the agreement was not connected with the crisis in the Caucasus.
