PM Sues Brewery Boss for EUR 5m

Ljubljana, 1 September - Prime Minister Janez Jansa has launched a civil lawsuit against Pivovarna Lasko CEO Bosko Srot. He demands EUR 5m, payable to the Slovenian Red Cross, for "lies that he said in an interview for the newspaper Vecer", Jansa's law firm Zidar Klemencic said Monday. The brewery meanwhile said it would sue Jansa for systematical libel.
