New York, 2 September - Slovenia's Katarina Srebotnik, paired with Ai Sugiyama of Japan, on Tuesday advanced to the quarter-finals of the women's doubles competition at the US Open tennis tournament in New York. The 4th-seeded pair dispatched the US-Slovakian combo of Lindsay Davenport and Daniela Hantuchova in straight sets, 6:2 and 6:3.
