Kavcic: National Council Justified its Existence

Ljubljana, 2 September - National Council President Blaz Kavcic on Tuesday rejected suggestions that the upper chamber of the Slovenian parliament should be scrapped, noting that it was a useful and rationally organised national institution. He added that nine months into their term the councillors had justified the council's existence.
