Ljubljana, 4 September - The daily Delo suggests that it is the increasing need for energy that finally got the Slovenian-Croatian commission overseeing the implementation of an agreement in the jointly-owned Krsko nuclear power plant to hold a meeting after an intermission of three and a half years.
