Patria Scandal a "Clash of Civilisations", Writes Delo

Ljubljana, 8 September - Daily Delo says in Monday's commentary that it is now clear that Slovenian law enforcement agencies ignored for 18 months an Interpol tip-off on irregular financial transactions suspected to be related to the Patria scandal. The whole case is meanwhile proving to be a tale of two worlds coming together, adds the paper.
