Ljubljana, 8 September - A subtle analysis, whose findings were picked up on by only a handful of Western commentators and analysts, has shown that the conflict in Georgia is above all a story of American expansionism rather than Russian aggression, says a Slovenian legal expert in an op-ed in Monday's edition of daily Delo.
