Constitutional Court Grants Appeal by List for Clean Water

Ljubljana, 9 September - The Constitutional Court on Tuesday granted the appeal by the List for Clean Water (LZCPV), whose slate for the September general election was rejected by the electoral commission in the Kranj electoral unit. The court decision means that the party's candidates can stand for elections in all eight electoral units.
