MBO of Lesnina Wrapps Up

Ljubljana, 11 September - The three companies acquiring Lesnina, among them a firm owned by the furniture retailer's managers, have already secured more than 50% of Lesnina's shares, thus wrapping up the takeover bid published on 19 August.
