Analyst Calls for Second Helsinki Process

Ljubljana, 15 September - Political analyst Borut Grgic wrote in an op-ed of Monday's edition of the daily Delo that the West needs a second Helsinki process - a security conference of all the states from the Caucasus and Caspian region, Russia, the US, EU, China, India, Turkey and Iran for reaching stability in the Caucasus and Caspian region.
