Commission Unable to Establish Role of State-Owned Banks in MBOs
Ljubljana, 17 September - The parliamentary Public Finance Control Commission looking into the financing of controversial management buyouts by majority state-owned banks adopted several conclusions on Wednesday. Among other things it said that it was impossible to establish the precise role of Slovenia's two largest banks, NLB and NKBM, in these takeovers.
