Slovenia Concerned over Proposed Italian Language Protection Laws

Ljubljana, 17 September - Slovenian Foreign Ministry expressed its concern on Wednesday over the attempts of some coalition parties in the regional parliament of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia to adopt laws that would result in a differentiation between ethnic Slovenians living in the Udine province and those in the provinces of Trieste and Gorizia.
