Partial Result Show SD Beating SDS

Ljubljana, 21 September - The opposition Social Democrats (SD) are the winner of Sunday's general election, according to partial unofficial results released by the National Electoral Commission. The SocDems are projected to win just over 30% and 29 seats in parliament, compared to 29.2% and 28 seats for the ruling Slovenian Democrats (SDS).
