MoD Penalising Patria for Late Delivery

Ljubljana, 25 September - Finnish defence contractor Patria should have supplied the first of the 135 armoured personnel carriers (APC) to Slovenia under a 2006 contract in May, but the Ministry of Defence rejected the supply after unsatisfactory weapon station tests. The ministry told STA on Thursday it was penalising the supplier for late delivery.
