Stocks Down again as Crisis Shows No Signs of Abating

Ljubljana, 26 September - Slovenian stocks had a decidedly negative day on Friday, as the collapse of US bank Washington Mutual provided a reminder that the credit crunch is far from over. The benchmark SBI 20 index shed 80 points (1.2%) to 6,528.34 on across-the-board losses, with the SBI TOP blue chip index down 17 points (1.2%) to 1,452.54.
