Final Election Results Confirm Win for SocDems

Ljubljana, 29 September - The final tally of overseas votes Monday confirmed a narrow win for the opposition Social Democrats (SD) in the 21 September general election. The gap to the runners-up, the ruling Slovenian Democrats (SDS), remained almost the same after over 10,000 votes from abroad were added one week after polling day.
