Anti-Trust Office to Okay Ljubljana Bourse Takeover

Ljubljana, 30 September - The Competition Protection Office has no objections against the acquisition of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange by Wiener Boerse, as the office and capital market players believe it does not constitute a threat to competition. The office is expected to issue a formal decision to that effect next week.
