Analysis: Retailers Biggest Inflation Profiteers

Ljubljana, 30 September - An analysis by the Economic Institute of the Ljubljana Law School (EIPF) suggests that food prices, one of the biggest generators of inflation, have been pushed up by soaring demand on the back of pay rises. Yet in the producer-to-consumer chain, it was retailers that made the biggest profits.
