Auditors Issue Qualified Opinion on 2007 Budget Implementation

Ljubljana, 1 October - The Court of Audits said on Wednesday it was not completely happy with the implementation of the 2007 state budget, having found irregularities for example in hiring, wages, the meeting of budgetary obligations, public procurement and the granting of benefits. The auditors are also dissatisfied with the closing account.
