Maribor, 3 October - The European Commission's reprimand against the Slovenian motorway toll stickers was to be expected, the Maribor-based daily Vecer says in Friday's commentary, noting that it had been clear Ljubljana would get one immediately after the government announced annual and half-year vignettes.
