Human Rights Court Strikes Out LB Savers' Appeal

Strasbourg, 3 October - The European Court of Human Rights on Friday struck out the case brought against Slovenia by three Croatian savers of the defunct LB bank, closing a decade-long process. Setting an important precedent for this issue, the Grand Chamber upheld the ruling in which the court already threw out the case in 2006.
