Central Bank Revises up 2008 GDP, Inflation Forecast

Ljubljana, 7 October - The Slovenian central bank Tuesday raised its GDP growth and inflation forecast for 2008. It expects the economy to expand by 4.5% this year, up from its previous estimate of 4.2%, while inflation is to average 6.1%, up from 5.6% in its April forecast.
