Another Electricity Supplier Introducing Progressive Billing

Ljubljana, 9 October - Following the example of two other Slovenian regional distributors of electricity, Elektro Primorska said on Thursday it would change its billing system on 15 November. Households will be billed on the basis of average daily use, which will increase the average bill by 9%.
