Commission Says Border Dispute With Croatia Bilateral Issue

Brussels, 14 October - The European Commission responded on Tuesday to Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel's statement that Croatia should strip its EU membership negotiation positions of all elements that could in any way predetermine its border with Slovenia, saying that the border issue between Slovenia and Croatia is purely a bilateral issue.
