Rome, 15 October - Representatives of the two umbrella organisations representing the Slovenian minority in Italy, Rudi Pavsic and Drago Stoka, were to meet an Italian government representative for talks about the minority budget cuts on Wednesday, but the meeting was cancelled last minute, Radio Slovenia reported today.
