Commission Says Motorway Funds Frozen Because of Toll Stickers

Brussels, 5 November - Dennis Abbott, the spokesman for the EU regional policy commissioner, confirmed on Wednesday that the Commission had put on hold the process of confirming funding for a motorway project in Slovenia because of the country's refusal to start offering short-time motorway stickers aside from existing annual and half-year vignettes.
