Publisher Delo Acquires Vecer

Ljubljana/Maribor, 11 November - Publisher Delo has acquired an additional 59.25% stake in Vecer, increasing its hold on the Maribor-based newspaper publisher to 79.25% subject to approval from the anti-trust watchdog, the dailies published by the two companies reported on Tuesday.
