Ljubljana, 13 November - Member of the European Parliament Ljudmila Novaka and Mayor of Dolenjske Toplice Franc Vovk will stand for New Slovenia (NSi) presidency as the party holds an extraordinary congress on Saturday to elect new leadership after it failed to make the threshold for parliament in the 21 September election.
