Provision of Asylum Law Found Incompatible with Constitution

Ljubljana, 20 November - The Constitutional Court has ruled as incompatible with the Constitution a provision of the asylum law which states that an applicant must get approval from the appropriate authorities before he or she can start residing at a private address.
