Delo Says Slovenia Not the Only Culprit for Croatia's Accession Delay

Ljubljana, 9 December - The daily Delo argues that Slovenia's objections are not the only reason why Croatia is unlikely to finish EU accession negotiations by the end of 2009, a date it says was tellingly omitted from the resolutions to be adopted at the upcoming EU summit.
