Govt Challenges Approval for New University

Ljubljana, 10 December - The cabinet decided at Wednesday's session to seek a court annulment of a decision by the previous minister of higher education to give final approval for Nova univerza, a private university. It believes that the procedure was not carried out in line with the law and ran contrary to public interest.
