Constitutional Court Agrees With Judges on Salaries
Ljubljana, 17 December - The Constitutional Court has ruled that several articles of the public sector wage system act regulating the salaries of judges are not in line with the Constitution, in what is a nod to grievances coming from Slovenian judges. Justice Minister Ales Zalar said he was not surprised by the ruling.
