Delo: Slovenia May Serve Croatia as EU Alibi

Ljubljana, 20 December - Daily Delo speculates on Saturday whether Croatia will manage to implement all the reforms necessary and meet all the requirements to wrap up technical talks on its accession to the EU by the end of next year, a goal which EU and Croatian officials said on Friday was still tenable.
