Academic Calls for Reform of Slovenian Constitution

Ljubljana, 20 December - Tine Hribar, a respected philosopher and public intellectual, has announced a reform of the Slovenian Constitution, which will be prepared by a group of independent intellectuals and non-partisan experts headed by former parliament speaker France Bucar, but under the aegis of the parliament.
