Police Files Criminal Complaints against Exec, Fmr. Prosecutor
Ljubljana, 30 December - The police have filed criminal complaints against the boss of construction company SCT, Ivan Zidar, and former state prosecutor Bostjan Penko, commercial broadcaster POP TV said on Tuesday. Reportedly the complaints were filed because the pair met several times this year while Penko was a prosecutor and Zidar a suspect.
