Exhibition on Art-Project State Opens in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 7 January - An exhibition on a fictional state established parallel to Slovenia's declaration of independence in 1991 by a group of artists will kick off in Ljubljana on Wednesday. The NSK State in Time boasts a number of citizens, while some countries seem to recognise its symbolic passports as valid documents.
