Govt Adapts Insurance Act to EU Directive

Ljubljana, 7 January - The government drafted amendments to the insurance act on Wednesday, transposing into Slovenian law a EU directive that aims at harmonising on European level procedures for obtaining qualified stakes in credit institutions, insurance companies, reinsurance and investment companies.
