Govt Amending Banking Act

Ljubljana, 7 January - The cabinet was briefed on Wednesday on amendments to the banking act which bring stricter takeover regulations and new bank rescue options. Before adopting the motion, the government would like to hear the opinion of the information commissioner regarding information on clients' credit rating.
