Minister Wants Diversity in Supply, South Stream Delay Possible

Ljubljana, 12 January - Economy Minister Matej Lahovnik told Monday's edition of daily Finance that Slovenia needed to secure as many independent sources of oil and gas as possible. He added that the South Stream pipeline does away with dependence on the Russian-Ukrainian dispute, but keeps in place dependence on Russian gas.
